The I.R.I.S. Group, founded in 1987 in Louvain-la-Neuve, has become a key player in document recognition, data entry, data management and storage, and also in design and optimization of platform infrastructures.
It is because multiple synergies were to be found in terms of skills,
experiences, customers and competences in the IT infrastructure domain
that the I.R.I.S. Group decided to acquire Jeeves Systems Group
mid-2005. I.R.I.S. has a reputation as a very sound, reliable company.

Its excellent financial health reflects
its desire to act as a long-term partner towards its customers. With
more than 81 million euros in turnover in 2006 ever-improving
profitability and a total lack of debt, the I.R.I.S. Group can look to
the future with confidence.
I.R.I.S. also won the "company of the year" award in 2002 for its visionary but pragmatic management, combining strong growth and prudence. It attained international stature by becoming the exclusive or privileged technology supplier for all major scanner manufacturers (HP, Kodak, Fuji, Canon, etc.), building strong relationships with well-chosen leading IT suppliers (IBM, VMware, Symantec, etc.) and opening up subsidiaries in France, the GD of Luxembourg and the United States.
Although 20% of revenue at IRIS comes from the development and commercialization of office products, 80% of its activity focuses on professional solutions for major accounts (enterprises, administrations and international organizations). Proximity, response speed and flexibility are vital in serving the major accounts that use our solutions at the heart of their businesses.
As far as I.R.I.S. ICT SA / NV is concerned, it is not less than 75 people that, either design, implement, optimize and/or support complex # platform IT infrastructures (from mainframe to Intel or AMD-based servers including the full scope of associated storage). Those solutions are our core business since 1990, which means we have built long-term customer partnerships with both large and SMB companies.
Today, we are the largest IBM Total Solution infrastructure provider in Belgium and we have won both the “Fastest Growing IBM Business Partner” and “Number 1 # platform IBM Business Partner” awards in 2005.
- 1990 - Jeeves Consulting starts in Belgium as a services company, delivering mainframe data centre services
- 1994 - Success in the mainframe market leads to further expansion into the mid-range market
- 1996 - Jeeves Consulting, renamed as Jeeves Systems Group, achieves IBM Business Partner status, allowing us to deliver hardware and software
- 1999 - Continuing success in Belgium leads to the opening of an office in the Netherlands
- 2001 - Jeeves Systems Group opens in Luxembourg
- 2005 - I.R.I.S Group acquires Jeeves Systems and becomes Jeeves I.R.I.S. Systems
- 2006 - Last phase of integration in the I.R.I.S. Group. Jeeves I.R.I.S. Systems changed its name to I.R.I.S. ICT
